CLE/Study Group Sessions to Prepare for the Exam:

To prepare for the next Real Property Certification Exam, the MSBA has been offering several study group sessions since June 2019 and running about once a month through February 2020. The MSBA has received CLE credit for the previous programs and it will continue to apply for credit for future sessions. These study group sessions are moderated by experts on each of the topic areas, and they are designed to prepare attorneys for the Real Property Certification Exam. These sessions are also a good review for any attorney practicing in these areas. The cost for each session is $10 for members and $20 for nonmembers. The sessions are offered in-person and for remote participation. Lunch will be provided as part of your registration fee.  Materials for these sessions may be purchased from Minnesota CLE, click here for details. There is one session remaining in February.
