Mike Carlson will provide an overview of the evolution of legal
research: from Print to Search to 'Ask.' We'll discuss how this
evolution is changing the way we manage a wide diversity of research
tasks in an era of do-more-with-less. We'll then review the basic construction and anatomy of
primary source materials: case law, statutes, regulations, municipal codes, and
more.
This CLE is approved for
credit through November 24, 2021.
