How is politics impacting antitrust law and policy?

Professor Peter Carstensen (University of Wisconsin Law School) and Professor Danny Sokol (University of Florida Levin College of Law) will provide a review of the state of competition law and policy from a practical perspective. The professors will discuss their views on buyer power, the resurgence of noneconomic factors in antitrust enforcement, the Amazon-Whole Foods merger, and developments in Europe and Asia.
