Private discipline is non-public discipline issued for violations of the Minnesota Rules of Professional Conduct (MRPC) that are viewed as isolated and nonserious. In 2022, 80 admonitions were issued, one panel admonition was issued (in lieu of charges for public discipline), and six lawyers were placed on private probation.
