Ramsey County Bar Association Welcomes New Leaders for 2023-2024

June 27, 2023 

ST. PAUL— The Ramsey County Bar Association (RCBA) welcomes the Honorable Victoria Elsmore as its president for the 2023-2024 bar year, starting July 1, 2023.  

Elsmore earned her J.D. from William Mitchell School of Law (now Mitchell Hamline). She serves as a referee in Family Court in the Second Judicial District. Prior to her appointment to the bench, she was a partner at Collins, Buckley, Sauntry & Haugh, centering her practice in family law, domestic violence, and mediation. 

Serving alongside Elsmore in leadership roles are President-Elect Andrew Rorvig (McEllistrem Fargione), and Vice President Maya Missaghi (Missaghi Law PLLC). Racey Rodne (McEllistrem Fargione) will continue in his role as Secretary/Treasurer, and Kenya Bodden (Thompson Coe) will serve as Past President. 

The Ramsey County Bar Association (RCBA) is a professional organization and Minnesota’s oldest bar association. Since 1884, the RCBA has been dedicated to advancing the legal profession, fostering professional relationships, and promoting access to justice in Ramsey County. The association provides more than 3,000 members with a wide variety of opportunities including continuing legal education, networking and social events, and leadership roles.
