Description:
Legal requirements and procedures for resales of units
within common interest communities (condominiums, planned communities, and
cooperatives), and will address issues relating to unit
resales.
Registration will begin
at 11:30 am, the CLE program will run from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm.
