Preparing for a mediation involves not only the attorney’s
analysis of the facts and the law, but also the education of the clients about
the mediation process. The panel members are experienced mediators who
will discuss the factors that can affect whether a mediation is successful or a
failure. They also will discuss key actions to take before, during, and
after
a mediation.
Registration and lunch will begin at 11:45
am and the program will begin at Noon.
