Private equity firms are
increasingly targeting healthcare companies for acquisition. This session will
outline emerging trends for healthcare organizations in private equity
deals, including working with an investment banking firm, planning for due
diligence, choosing the right private equity firm, negotiating transaction agreements, and working through
unique regulatory issues. The panelists will offer practice perspectives on how private equity
deals proceed in real life
from the view of a broker focused on health care
transactions, corporate M&A counsel and health care regulatory counsel.
