employees improperly trained;
- Standard of Care for lawyer, ABA Model
Rules;
- Discussion of NIST, FTC, HIPAA and HITECH;
- How to
document, inventory and harden office assets;
- Use of Password
Management programs to manage multiple passwords;
- Reducing Network
risks - Wi-Fi and other guest use;
- Important privacy policy training
for all employees;
- Planning for passage of client digital information
in event of emergency;
- Handling the
cyber-attack; disclosure to clients.

Claude E. Ducloux has been licensed in Texas
since 1977, and has also been licensed in California and Colorado. In 2011, he
won the highest statewide award from the State Bar of Texas
for lifetime contribution to CLE (the "Gene Cavin Award"), and has spoken in
more than 150 programs in three states since Jan 1, 2009, where
attendees regularly rate his presentations very highly. Mr. Ducloux has a long legacy
of bar service, including being President of the Austin Bar
Association, and serving as Chair of
almost every major Bar-related
