Casey will discuss the ‘myth of the
digital native’ – a convincing argument for improving attorneys’ depth of
knowledge in the applications most commonly used by attorneys. Casey will also
discuss his work in developing the Minnesota version of the Legal Tech Audit
(now the ‘Service Delivery Review’), an assessment designed to test how
efficiently attorneys can perform common
functions in
applications like Word, Excel, and Adobe.
